These terms govern your use of the ATLAS Security website and the security services we provide. Please read them carefully.
1. Aceptación de los Términos
By accessing or using this website, or by requesting a quote, applying for a position, or entering into any other arrangement with ATLAS Security ("ATLAS", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the documents referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit information through it.
Where a signed service agreement, post order or written contract exists between you and Atlas, that document takes precedence over these Terms for the services it covers.
2. Servicios de Seguridad
ATLAS provides uniformed personnel and patrol coverage, access control, industrial and infrastructure asset protection, residential and hospitality patrol structures, and event logistics across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas communities. All services are supplied by trained personnel employed or contracted by ATLAS and are provided in accordance with applicable law and the agreed scope of service.
- Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry practice.
- Detailed duties, hours, locations, equipment and reporting obligations are set out in your written agreement.
- Atlas may deploy different personnel over the term of a contract, provided they meet the required training and screening standards.
- Emergency or exceptional circumstances may require us to adjust coverage at short notice.
Security services reduce risk; they cannot eliminate it. Our role is to deter, detect, respond and report — not to guarantee that no incident will occur at your premises.
3. Cotizaciones, Precios y Contratos
Quotes submitted through this website are free and non-binding. Pricing depends on site size, shift coverage, duration, specific duties and equipment. A quote becomes binding only when accepted in writing and confirmed by Atlas.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document; where no period is stated, 30 days.
- Costs not clearly described in the quotation — including travel, specialist equipment, licence fees or additional hours — are charged at our then-current rates, which we will confirm with you in advance.
- Payment terms, cancellation terms and renewal conditions are set out in your agreement.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
4. Uso de Este Sitioio Web
You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to submit genuine enquiries. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Submit false, misleading or automated information, including spam or fraudulent applications.
- Upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to submit.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe a request is automated, abusive, or intended to disrupt service.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
Unless stated otherwise, the ATLAS Security name, logo, shield emblem, website content, text, graphics, photographs, and underlying software are owned by Atlas or used with permission. You may reference and link to our public pages for business purposes, but you may not reproduce our marks or content for resale without written consent.
6. Uso Aceptable y Conducta Prohibida
All personnel deployed by Atlas are bound by professional standards of conduct, including confidentiality, professionalism, non-discrimination and compliance with site rules. Conduct that breaches our standards, a client’s rules, or the law may result in removal from the assignment and disciplinary action.
7. Confidencialidad
Information shared with Atlas — including site layouts, access credentials, incident details and personal data — is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell personal data. See our Política de Privacidad for detail.
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
To the extent permitted by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from the use of this website or the provision of our services, except where such loss results from our wilful misconduct or negligence causing death or personal injury.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the State of Texas.
9. Indemnización
You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas harmless against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the website, or instructions given to deployed personnel that cause or contribute to loss or damage at your premises.
10. Ley aplicable y Controversias
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in Dallas County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless a written agreement between you and ATLAS states otherwise.
11. Cambios a Estos Términos
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
